  • let your lashes air dry or use a blow dryer on cool and low setting
  • don't brush your lashes while they are wet
  • don't touch lashes with your bare hands unless they've been washed (oils from your fingers could make lashes shed)
  • do not pick at them or try to "remove" lashes yourself. please get them removed professionally, by us, so that your natural lashes' life will last longer!
  • no oil based makeup or makeup removers. Oil breaks down the glue and cause them to shed quickly. Use oil-free makeup removers!
  • no waterproof make-up!
  • be careful with creamy/oily moisturizers and foundation. the oil in these products could make the lashes fall quicker
  • do not use q-tips or makeup wipes to clean lashes. use lip gloss applicators to remove makeup on the lash line
  • remember to wipe the make-up away from the lashes when removing it! don't wipe onto the lashes.
  • fills are recommended every 2-4 weeks!
  • clean lashes once a week! here's how:
    • mix baby shampoo with water at a 1:4 ratio. Use a foaming pump!
    • Using a very soft bristle brush, a makeup sponge, or even a lip gloss applicator, dip it into the diluted soap solution and gently rub it on your lashes. *no q-tips*
    • be sure to get into your lash line gently. bacteria could build up, so you want to keep it healthy and not to clog the lash pores.
    • rinse with warm water
    • allow lashes to air dry or use a hair dryer on low and cool setting at arm's length from your face for no more than 10 seconds.
